LNG Supply Agreement Signed Between BOTAŞ and German Company SEFE

Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar announced that BOTAŞ has signed a liquefied natural gas (LNG) supply agreement with the German public energy company SEFE.

Bayraktar shared the news on his social media account regarding his engagements at the Gastech 2025 Forum.

He stated that BOTAŞ and SEFE signed a three-year agreement covering an annual LNG supply of 600 million cubic meters. “This agreement, which covers a total of 1.8 billion cubic meters of LNG supply, will not only help establish a sustainable and robust infrastructure for natural gas procurement but also allow us to jointly explore commercial opportunities,” Bayraktar said.
